Can Filling Machine

1.The filling valves are pneumatic control, automatic lifting, online fillingvolume adjustment, high automation 316 Isobaric valve

2.Special care has been taken in the gasket design, both in the shape andmaterial, since the long service life is our aim. All the seals are food-grade certified and can withstand sterilization. The CIP cleaningsolution gets in contact with every part and interstice of the valves.

3.The filler is equipped also with a system that allows setting the filling levelin the CANS. Tanks to mechanical operations that can stop the CAN lifter actionand consequently the penetration of the valves into the CANS.

4.The whole filling process can be set directly from the touch panel and easilychanged in case of need.

5.High filling level accuracy with extremely low tolerance and running smoothly.

6. No can-no lid electronic device

7.The machine is equipped with one-way automatic centralized lubrication.

8.All filling valves are made by MOC SS 316 .And rest of parts from SS 304.

9.Beverageinlet will be controlled by PID valve

10. Bowl Product temperaturewill be monitored filler HMI and controlled by existing system.
